My work connects hands-on development with technical leadership. I shape architecture, write code, plan releases, and work with teams and clients to turn broad requirements into products people can use.
Technical direction
Architecture, estimates, code reviews, and technical mentorship. I help teams make decisions they can explain and systems they can maintain.
Delivery and operations
Release planning, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and performance. Getting the product into use is part of the engineering work.
Working with people
Client communication, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration across a team. Clear expectations and practical tradeoffs keep the work moving.
From QA to technical leadership
I started in quality assurance, moved through implementation and Ruby on Rails development, and grew into full-stack engineering and team leadership. That background still shapes how I build: understand the system, test the decisions, and follow the work through delivery.
